Charles B. Russell 67. died Thursday night in Mercy Hospital, Iowa City, after a lengthy illness. Services: 2 p.m. Sunday, Sorden's Funeral Home, where friends may call from noon to service time Sunday. Burial: Riverside Public Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Vickie Wolff of Randolph, three sons, Brad of Highland, Gale of Norwich, and Shannon of Riverside; and three sisters, Phyrne Hodges of California, Delia Smith of Galesburg, 111., and Mickey Foutch of Springfield, Mo.
