ROY EDWARD BARLOW, JR. FEB. 13, 1935 - OCT. 14, 2007 Roy Edward Barlow was a native of Boulder, Colorado and a resident of Modesto. He worked for The Postal Service for 40+ years with multiple honors for clerk services.

He also served in Germany with The U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Betty Barlow of Modesto, his children: Katie Sigmon of Waterford Marilyn Woodard of Modesto, Linda Woden of San Andreas, Lori Nelson and Ronald Barlow of Waterford. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great-grandchildren. Services will be held Friday, Oct.
