THOMPSON, KEVIN DEAN, 17, 1637. Clayton Ave., died Tuesday evening. He was born in Daytona Beach, Fla., was a student at Henry Clay High School and a member of the Highland Baptist Church. Survivors are his parents, John L. and Dorothy Spiker, Thompson; two brothers, Jody Lyle and Lindsay Curtis Thompson; two sisters, Mrs.
Jennifer Dawn Blanton and Melody Lita Thompson, all of Lexington: paternal grandmother, Mrs. Grace V. Thompson, Gaitersburg, Md.; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Spiker, Grantsville, Md.
